Austin Lynes, operating as dvoid. Using dvoid — creating an account, signing in, or using a product we run — means these terms apply to you. If you are using dvoid for an organisation, you are telling us you may agree on its behalf.

dvoid is a shared substrate — one account, one login, and a set of products that run on it. Which products you can reach depends on what you or your organisation have been granted. We add and retire products over time.

We are early. Things will break, features will change, and some of what you see is not finished. We will not pretend otherwise, and we do not promise a particular level of availability yet.

Keep your sign-in factors to yourself; anything done with your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@dvoid.io if you think someone else has access. Give us accurate details, and keep your email address current, because it is how we reach you.

Do not use dvoid to break the law, to harm people, or to attack the service or the people on it. Do not try to reach data that is not yours, and do not use automated means to overwhelm the platform. If you find a security problem, tell us before you tell anyone else, and we will work with you rather than against you.

What you create stays yours. We hold it to run the product for you and we do not claim ownership of it, sell it, or train models on it. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and show it back to you and to anyone you share it with.

dvoid's own name, marks and the code we write stay ours, except where we have released it under an open source licence, in which case that licence governs.

Most of dvoid is not charged for today. Where a product does charge, the price and the billing terms are shown at the point of purchase, payments are handled by Stripe, and those purchase terms sit alongside these. If we introduce a charge for something you already use, we will tell you first and give you a way out.

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account; the privacy page says what happens to your data when you do. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm others, and except where that would make the harm worse, we will tell you why and give you a chance to answer.

dvoid is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We have not named a governing law here. dvoid is run by one person and has no company behind it yet; when that changes, this section will name the jurisdiction along with the company. Until then, nothing in these terms takes away a consumer protection you have where you live.

We will change these terms as dvoid grows. When we do, we date this page, and where a change materially affects you we will tell you in the product rather than relying on you to notice.
