Austin Lynes, operating as dvoid. dvoid is not yet an incorporated company; it is run by one person, and this page will name the company instead once that changes. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete your data, write to support@dvoid.io.

• Your email address, display name and account identifier — to create your account, sign you in, and tell products who you are.
• Passkeys and other sign-in factors you register — to authenticate you without a shared password.
• Sign-in records and session cookies — to keep you signed in and to let you and us see unusual account activity.
• Server and edge logs, including IP address and browser user agent — to route requests, to keep the service available, and to investigate abuse.
• Whatever you create in a product you use — documents, orders, game state — because it is the point of the product; it stays in that product.
• Prompts and responses, where you use a feature built on a language model — to answer you, and to let us debug and improve the feature.

We ask for an email address because an account needs one. We do not ask for a date of birth, a phone number, or anything else we have no use for.

This site loads no analytics and no advertising scripts. We run no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles, and no advertising cookies. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not train models on your content. Where one of our products measures how it is used, it does so without identifying you across sites, and it obeys Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Because we do no cross-site tracking, a Do Not Track signal from your browser has nothing to switch off. We honour it by not doing the thing in the first place.

We run on other people's infrastructure, and those providers process data on our instructions. They are:

• Zitadel Cloud — accounts, sign-in and passkeys (United States region).
• Cloudflare — DNS, edge routing and object storage (R2).
• Railway — hosting for our services (United States West).
• Neon — PostgreSQL databases (United States West).
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Together AI — language models, when you use a feature that calls one.
• Stripe — payments, if and when you buy something.

A model provider is only involved when you use a feature that calls one, and it receives what that feature sends. Our own gateway records the request so we can debug it; that record is ours and is not shared onward.

Everything else is need-driven: we disclose data if the law requires it, and we would tell you unless we were forbidden to.

Accounts, databases and hosting are in the United States. If you are in Europe, that is a transfer out of the EEA, made under the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.

We keep your account data while your account exists, and product data for as long as the product needs it. Ask us to delete your account and we delete it, along with what it holds, except where we must keep a record — a paid order, for example. Logs age out on our providers' ordinary schedules, which are measured in days to weeks, not years.

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to portability, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you may ask what categories of personal information we collect and who we share them with — the list is above, and it is the whole list.

One email to support@dvoid.io starts any of these. We do not charge for it, and we will not make you use a form.

dvoid is not built for children. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 13, or under 16 in countries where that is the age of consent for data processing. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will remove it.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and, where the change affects you directly, tell you in the product rather than hoping you re-read this page.
